Listing Process

*Market Analysis:
The PowerTeam will come to your home & view the property with you. Noting any recent updates or improvements. They will then prepare a CMA to determine the list price of your home. We will give you a low, medium and high price range we suggest to list at. The higher - the longer it could take to sell. And remember, average days on the market today is 202.

*Contract: Once we agree on the list price, a listing contract is then signed, including a condition report that all sellers must fill out.
